Anyone that has ever watched even one episode of In Love There’s War can appreciate the class, poise and handsome manliness that Howard Vaughn, Jr. brings to his character Bryan Wright. Acting since high school, Vaughn is a natural to the stage and the screen.
In what ways do you relate to your character, Bryan?
I’m a hard working career driven man but I make sure home is never neglected and that the special lady in my life always feels special and comes first. Family is everything and I enjoy our time together. I’m a sharp dresser, I stay physically fit, and always a good “Eye Candy” for the ladies!

I started out doing stage plays while at Buchtel High School such as “West Side Story” and “The Nativity Story”. I also co-starred in a short film “Its Just A Game” playing the role of “Jamal Knight” a young hoop prodigy rising from the neighborhood blacktop to playing in the NCAA Championship Game.
What made you choose acting?
Acting just came natural! Growing up I always wanted to be an actor. I would entertain my family and friends by imitating characters from movies. I would sit at home and watch sitcoms on television wishing I was starring in the show, or go to the movie theater and leave thinking “That should’ve been me on the big screen”! I guess it’s just embedded in my soul.
